My Story: "Supporting others on their journey to healing is my calling, the design of which began at an early age. After being chronically ill, and finding recovery, a process that took me many years, I have chosen to be to others what I myself needed. A helper, a healer, and an example of hope answered.

And while my journey has taught me plenty, my clients continue to teach me more. More about trusting, more about taking responsibility, and more about how the body always wants to heal.

 My journey inspired what I do today.

I practice as a Reflexologist and General Health Consultant. I work closely with expectant parents, in my capacity as a Reflexologist, Doula and in Lactation Support.

Today I feel privileged to do what I do. I love being able to share knowledge, & inspire my clients to embrace the well being that is intrinsically theirs. As time goes on, my passion to provide support to those in need is becoming more tangible. Thus my journey continues."

 

Experience: A Skilled Holistic Practitioner

After completing my Diploma in Therapeutic Reflexology and Meridian Therapy in South Africa in 2004, I went to London to learn to become a health consultant in the renowned Fresh & Wild health store. Here I began learning about the use of natural remedies while studying medicinal herbs with A. Vogels Phytotherapy Course.

A year later I returned to South Africa, where I officially began practicing reflexology at The Wellness House in Johannesburg. Here I also completed my Usui Reiki Masters, Past Life Regression Therapy, Crystal Healing and various meditation therapies.

In 2009/ 2010 I developed my experience as a Doula, by working at Genesis Clinic (natural birth hospital). I also completed my Doula Workshop Training with The Village Doula Association, and completed my Lactation Management with Brenda Pierce and Brenda Campbell.

I am currently doing a BSc hons in Nutritional therapy from CNELM & Westminster University, and I write health product reviews for Fresh Earth Food Store, which is where you'll find me consulting every Saturday.
